Toni is an experienced professional yacht captain and Yachtmaster 500GT, with extensive experience sailing throughout the Mediterranean and captaining yachts of more than 130 feet.
His professional experience goes far beyond traditional charter sailing. Years spent on larger yachts have developed his seamanship, navigation skills and understanding of weather and sea conditions, as well as the professionalism, discretion and attention to detail expected when looking after guests aboard a private yacht.
For guests, this experience means something very simple: confidence and peace of mind. They can relax and enjoy their holiday knowing that their yacht, their itinerary and their safety are in experienced hands.
A Lifelong Connection to the Adriatic
Toni's relationship with the sea started long before his professional career.
He grew up in a house by the sea, spending much of his childhood fishing and learning about the Adriatic alongside his father. The sea was part of everyday life from an early age, and that lifelong connection has remained at the heart of who he is.
Today, Toni combines his professional Mediterranean experience with an intimate knowledge of the Croatian coast. He knows the islands not only from charts, but from a lifetime spent sailing, fishing, diving and exploring them.
As owner and captain of Catamaran Sisters, he enjoys creating itineraries around the guests, the weather and the sea — finding beautiful anchorages, quiet bays and authentic places that make a Croatian sailing holiday truly memorable.
More Than a Captain
Toni is a passionate fisherman and free diver and loves sharing his knowledge of the Adriatic with guests.
He also enjoys preparing food on board, particularly freshly caught fish, seafood and quality cuts of meat on the grill, bringing a relaxed Mediterranean touch to the charter.
He speaks fluent English and Italian and is a non-smoker.

Magdalena is the warm and welcoming heart of Catamaran Sisters, bringing years of professional experience working aboard cruise ships and yachts, together with a genuine passion for hospitality, food and life at sea.
With a background in tourism and a completed secondary school in tourism, Magdalena developed her professional skills in an environment where attention to detail, guest satisfaction and impeccable service are essential. Her experience working with international guests has given her a natural ability to anticipate people's needs while making everyone feel relaxed, comfortable and at home from the moment they step aboard.
Known for her exceptionally warm, positive and approachable personality, Magdalena creates the kind of atmosphere that quickly makes guests feel less like clients and more like friends spending a week together at sea. She is attentive without being intrusive, always happy to help and naturally understands when guests want to socialize and when they simply want to enjoy their privacy.
A Passion for Food
Food is one of the highlights of the Catamaran Sisters experience, and Magdalena takes particular pride in preparing fresh, homemade meals inspired by the Mediterranean and traditional Croatian cuisine.
Her cooking combines family recipes, local ingredients and a modern, healthy approach to Mediterranean food. She is particularly skilled in preparing fresh fish and seafood, traditional Croatian dishes, grilled specialties, vegetables and salads, while happily adapting menus to individual preferences and dietary requirements.
Magdalena also specializes in vegetarian and vegan cuisine, creating flavorful and creative meals that go far beyond simply adapting a traditional menu.
And for many of our returning guests, there is one part of her cooking that stands out above all:
her desserts.
From homemade cakes and traditional sweets to lighter Mediterranean-inspired desserts, Magdalena's sweet creations have become one of the most frequently praised parts of the onboard dining experience.
Whenever possible, she uses fresh, seasonal and locally sourced ingredients, creating meals that reflect the places we visit rather than simply serving a standard yacht menu.
More Than a Hostess
Although her primary role is to take care of our guests and the onboard hospitality, Magdalena is also a hands-on member of the crew. She is comfortable assisting with deck duties, helping with sailing operations and keeping the boat running smoothly behind the scenes.
She is an enthusiastic traveler and avid hiker, with a genuine appreciation for nature and discovering new places. Her love for the sea and the outdoors fits naturally with the lifestyle aboard Catamaran Sisters.
Magdalena is also passionate about environmental conservation, beach clean-ups and animal welfare, reflecting the values that are an important part of our life at sea.
She speaks fluent English, is a non-smoker and is comfortable welcoming guests from all over the world.
Toni & Magdalena
Together with Toni, Magdalena forms a close-knit, well-coordinated and highly accommodating two-person crew.
Their roles complement each other naturally: Toni brings extensive professional sailing experience, local knowledge and a passion for the sea, fishing and exploration, while Magdalena brings hospitality, culinary skills, warmth and attention to detail.
Toni may catch a fish in the morning, and Magdalena may turn it into a fresh Mediterranean lunch later that day — a simple example of what makes the experience aboard Catamaran Sisters personal and authentic.
Their shared love of the sea, food, nature and Croatian way of life creates an atmosphere that is relaxed and informal, while maintaining the professionalism expected from a premium crewed yacht.
